Mothering is by far the hardest thing I have ever done, or ever could have imagined doing. I think I am naturally a fairly selfish person, so learning how to serve, and give every part of myself to these two beautiful beings is the greatest challenge, and joy I have experienced. I often feel I fall short, and know there are many things I could do better, but I do know, I love them like crazy, with my whole heart, and I love the way this mothering experience changes me and molds me, little by little each day, to become more like the person I really want to be.
